CONTEMPORARY/LYRICAL - Contemporary technique strengthens the body, focusing on interpretation and musicality. It blends ballet, jazz, stretching, coordination, turns, jumps, and floor work. Inspired by music, it encourages personal expression and freedom in movement. Students must also be enrolled in ballet and jazz to participate. Focus: Expressiveness, fluidity, and emotion.
