Restorative - Vinyasa A calming, breath-led flow that weaves together gentle movement, somatic awareness, and moments of stillness. Inspired by the slower rhythms of the nervous system, this class is an invitation to stretch, soften, and come home to yourself. With elements of kundalini and meditative vinyasa, you’ll leave feeling clear, restored, and subtly transformed. Option to bring you own mat, or use one from our studio at no charge. Please bring your own towel and water bottle.
