ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Cleanup continues along the dry creek bed in San Martinez Grande Canyon after a pipeline spill on Nov. 28 near Val Verde. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife said crews nearly finished work along the Santa Clara River — no visibly oiled wildlife have been seen, and the pipeline is now clamped shut.
