- ➤ The Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce will host its 15th Annual Salute to Patriots at the SCV Senior Center on Nov. 5 to honor military service members who have served and continue to guide our community—local residents are encouraged to attend and recognize these contributions. - ➤ The city invites residents aged 10 and up to volunteer for its 4th Annual Graffiti Removal Day on Saturday, Nov.8 from 8 to 11 a.m. at Soledad Canyon Road and Camp Plenty Road—volunteers will learn about graffiti removal techniques and help beautify key city areas as part of the 2025 Strategic Plan. - ➤ Samuel Dixon Family Health Center hosted its 22nd Annual Duck Dash at the Santa Clarita Aquatic Center on Oct. 5, where over 300 guests swam, visited activity booths, and joined duck races that raised $60,000 for medical, dental, and behavioral health services. - ➤ The City of Santa Clarita invites residents to join the City Council on Tuesday, November 11 at 11:00 a.m. for a Veterans Day Ceremony at Veterans Historical Plaza, 24275 N.
