- ➤ The Guardians of Oakmont group offers retired military, law enforcement, and firefighters a safe space to share their stories and build a new sense of purpose in regular meetings. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ On June 15, the California Highway Patrol welcomed 133 new officers who finished 26 weeks of intensive training at the CHP Academy in West Sacramento. The new officers will now report to 102 area offices across California—beginning their law enforcement duties. Hometown Station
