- ➤ Celebrating 40 years of community service, Camelot Moving and Storage began in 1986 from a Newhall garage and has grown by supporting nonprofits such as the Boys and Girls Club and Bridge 2 Home with free moving, storage, and delivery services. Hometown Station
- ➤ California Bounce Systems will launch the largest inflatable aqua park at Castaic Lake on May 23 — sessions run through Sept. 7 with over 45 attractions for families, where children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Hometown Station
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A Santa Clarita family lost its one-year-old golden retriever, Bogie, after he ate a toxic death cap mushroom during a walk at Valencia Summit Park on May 10 and was euthanized after his condition worsened overnight. Hometown Station

- ➤ On May 10, 1934, the film Blue Steel starred John Wayne and was released after filming at Walker Ranch in Santa Clarita. Directed by Robert Bradbury, the movie originally known as 'Stolen Goods' in the UK has captivated audiences & it is now in the public domain. Hometown Station
