- ➤ Our Community Salutes hosted by the Kiwanis Club will honor high school seniors enlisting in the U.S. Armed Forces on May 16 at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons, with a free reception starting at 1:00 p.m.—the ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m. Hometown Station

- ➤ On March 24, the 38th annual CIF Southern Section — Ford Academic Awards recognized 12 local student-athletes from six high schools for meeting academic and athletic standards.
