- ➤ The SC Lady Flyers 12AA won the Western Girls Hockey League Championships on Sunday, Feb. 1 with a 1-0 overtime victory (the win came just days after an accident on Jan. 29 on I-70 that injured eight people and claimed a team member’s father). SCVNews.com
