Aerial Rope 102

About this event

Aerial Rope 102: Come and expand your aerial vocabulary on the Rope, though similar to aerial Fabric it has its own character and nuances. Students will learn various climbs, stunning static positions and drops as well as how to maneuver themselves in and out of wraps more seamlessly. Students will have fun learning momentum-based/beat swing techniques to build dynamic elements into their trick vocabulary. While the class stands alone in its attributes it is a great supplement to your fabric training. Prerequisites: Aerial Fabric 102 clearance or previous aerial training. Foot-Lock, Full Catchers Lock, and Opposite Side Knee Hook or Climb. If you are new to CS and would like to attend this class please email a video or share your social media handle to gain clearance.
