Intermediate Ballet

About this event

Adult Ballet – Intermediate Our Intermediate Adult Ballet class is designed for dancers with previous ballet training who are ready to build upon a solid technical foundation while developing greater strength, artistry, and confidence. Following the principles of classical ballet, each class includes a complete barre, center practice, adagio, pirouettes, petit allegro, grand allegro, and across-the-floor combinations. Dancers will refine alignment, coordination, musicality, balance, flexibility, and performance quality while improving strength, endurance, and technical precision. This class offers a supportive yet challenging environment where students receive individualized corrections and are encouraged to continue advancing their ballet education. Whether you are returning to ballet after time away or training consistently, Intermediate Ballet provides the structure and progression needed to reach the next level.
