About this event
What is Heels Tricks and Transitions? This class focuses on breaking down more complex and intricate exotic tricks in heels. These are tricks that we would be incorporating into Heelography and Power Heels choreography classes. Learn elements like floorwork transitions, shoulder stands, and rolls, kips and flips and edge work. It is recommended to take 4-6 intro to pole classes and wearing heels and knee pads.
