About this event

Stretch, strengthen, and sculpt with intention, in supportive warmth, not overwhelming heat. What it is: A 50-minute, slow and methodical class that builds strength, improves posture, and creates more usable mobility. Every class opens with diaphragmatic breathwork to expand the rib cage, support the deep core, and release tension through the neck, shoulders, and lower back because breath is what organizes posture and creates stability from the inside out. From there we combine mobility, stretching, controlled strength, and posture-focused sculpting, using hand weights, yoga sticks, stretch bands, Pilates balls, and blocks. The room is warmed to roughly 75–78°F, enough to help the body loosen and circulate, without the intensity of hot yoga. Why it works: Slow enough to understand what you're doing challenging enough that your muscles will shake. Trains alignment and breath under effort, so strength and mobility build together. Educational and hands-on: expect coaching, positioning support, and posture guidance. Best paired with: anyone who wants to feel stronger and longer at once, and enjoys a warm, methodical, deeply-instructional class. Format: 50 minutes · up to 8 people · Studio 1, Suite 106 · heated ~75–78°F · All levels (modifications offered wherever possible). Schedule: Sunday 8:00 AM · Monday 9:30 AM. Please tell your instructor about any injuries, medical considerations, heat sensitivity, pregnancy, balance concerns, or recent procedures before class. Bring water and a towel, and hydrate before and after. Includes Restorative Mobility Methodology: Restorative Mobility is slow, guided movement with time to feel what’s happening in your body. We explore stretching, gentle muscle engagement, and supported positions. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to add a little effort, soften, change your range, or pause. Some moments may feel like a stretch. Others may feel like gentle strength. We’ll guide you to notice the differences and explore what feels supportive today. There’s no pressure to keep up or reach a particular depth. You have room to move, sense, and adjust.
