About this event
This class is for students who have mastered the Level 1 foundations and who are ready to go up the pole and upside down. We will briefly revisit Level 1 spins on static, work on invert conditioning, leg hang conditioning, start to get familiar on spin pole and work on building an aerial combo. Prerequisites: At least 10 Level 1 classes (regardless of your athletic background outside of pole dance). Must know how to climb on static, hold a jasmin and are familiar with pole sits.
