About this event
Open Workout Open workout is designed for the aerial community to practice their skills in a safe and supportive environment . Space is limited to 10 participants. Sharing of apparatus may be required, up to 2 people per point. If you do not wish to share an apparatus, please discuss with the staff member overseeing open workout. Rigging and organization of points will be facilitated by the open workout staff at the beginning of the session. Teaching during open workout is not allowed unless it is ‘The Loft staff. *Open Workout is for adults ages 18+
