About this event
In this class, students build the strength and confidence to explore new spins, tricks, climbing and lifts. Students will also learn how to put these elements together in pole combos and flow. This class covers floorwork, flexibility, body movement, spins, climbing, pole sit and pole lifts. This class is a bridge between Pole Level 1 and Pole Level 2 .
