About this event
If you are a first-time user of Pilates Reformer you will need to attend a Free Orientation Class. We will go over a few Pilates Reformer exercises you will be doing during class, any modifications you might need, and the fundamentals of Pilates. We will also go over the studio policies, membership prices, how to set up your account and sign up for classes. Answer any other questions you may have.
