Our signature BOXING CLASS at Trinity Boxing that’s setting a new standard for boxing workouts. This one-of-a-kind, three-lap circuit-style class is engineered to take your boxing skills and fitness to the next level. This class is designated for all levels welcome - beginner to advanced. Created by our co-owner and head trainer, Coach Josh—an OG in the LA boxing scene— this class delivers an unparalleled experience. This high-intensity class features a powerful mix of boxing technique, challenging bag work, boxing-specific exercises, and dynamic mitt work.
