About this event

Kaiju

By Dan Caffrey

Directed by Ken Sawyer

Funny, unsettling, and audacious, KAIJU uses the spectacle of gigantic mythic monsters to examine power, destruction, artistic responsibility, and the fragile rituals of contemporary culture. Chaos becomes pageantry and pageantry becomes debate in a theatrical event that forces both artist and audience to confront the power—and futility—of making art.
