Featuring a live DJ spinning the hottest tracks, this class combines the coolest grooves with easy-to-follow choreography, taught at both half-time and full tempo to match any learning style. With plenty of repetition and a focus on fun, you’ll build confidence, break a sweat, and complete a full routine by the end of class. No judgment—just smiles, high-fives, and the ultimate dance party at GROOV3!
