About this event
This fast-paced approach uses quick transitions to build endurance, train focus, increase heart rate and optimize caloric burn. There will be very little usage of props to keep the flow going. Trust us, you won’t miss them! Please note, NO modifications will be given in this class. This is an advanced class and not appropriate for those who have issues with dizziness, high blood pressure or are pregnant.
