Join Behind the Beet for a hands-on seasonal cooking experience at Cottonwood Urban Farm. We’ll harvest ingredients from the garden, prepare a simple, nourishing meal in our outdoor kitchen, and gather to enjoy what we’ve made, surrounded by gardens, chickens, and ducks.
From garden to plate, with food scraps collected for compost to nourish the soil again, we’ll experience the full cycle together. Come chop, mix, taste, and connect with your community. No cooking experience needed!
