About this event

Planting with Love: Learning to Grow White Sage is a hands‑on workshop led by Regina Murillo, Council Woman of the Gabrielino/Tongva Nation. White sage is the sacred plant of the Gabrielino Tongva people and is endemic to our region, meaning Southern California and Northern Baja are the only areas in the world where this sage grows naturally.

Community members will learn how to cultivate their own white sage plants with care and intention, exploring how planting at home strengthens our relationship to this sacred plant. This welcoming workshop invites everyone to grow with love, reciprocity, and respect for our plant relatives.

Participants will need to bring a chair. Please RSVP below.
