About this event

Love in Motion: Monthly Sound Bath

A Monthly Evening of Rest, Reflection & Renewal

Join Alicia "ACE" Easter for Love in Motion: Monthly Sound Bath , a 60-minute immersive experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of sound.

Each gathering offers a gentle invitation to pause from the pace of everyday life and settle into stillness. Guided by crystal singing bowls, meditation, breathwork, and intentional reflection, you'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to yourself.

Whether you're navigating stress, celebrating a new season, or simply craving an hour to breathe, this monthly experience is your reminder that slowing down isn't falling behind—it's how we move forward with intention.
