Heelography (Level 1+)

About this event

Build on your foundation and take your movement to the next level in this Level 1+ heel choreography class. Learn a dynamic routine set to music as we spin, dance, flow, and incorporate floorwork around the pole. This class introduces more intricate transitions, deeper basework, and opportunities to explore strength, flexibility, and coordination in an exotic-style flow. Students should feel comfortable with beginner fundamentals and ready for a slightly faster pace and added complexity. Some movements may include brief inversions, more detailed musicality, or layered choreography compared to Level 1. Prerequisites: We recommend completing at least 4 Intro to Pole classes or a full Pole Fundamentals series, along with 6–8 Heelography (Level 1) classes before attending. What to wear: Heels (6"+) are encouraged. Kneepads, legwarmers, or other knee protection are required.
