Victorious (Intermediate)

About this event

Our signature Victorious Class will build on the foundations you’ve mastered during our Visionary classes and layer in new intermediate exercises for that extra challenge we know you’re now ready for. Think faster flows and longer holds & pulses. Whilst we recommend this class for our intermediate / advanced clients, everyone is welcome to attend! Just speak to your instructor before the class starts and let us know if you are new to our studio/method. Grip socks required.
