About this event

Format: IN-PERSON Class: 11:00am - 12:00pm Walk-In Welcome: 12:00pm-2:00pm

Location: Meditation Center 15143 Ventura Blvd Sherman Oaks, CA 91403

Today's class will include a brief introduction to Sahaja Yoga Mediation followed by the experience of Self-Realization. Sahaja Yoga is a method of meditation that takes you beyond mental, emotional, and physical activity and allows you to experience the true self which lies within. In Sanskrit, Sahaja means ‘born with’ ('Saha' is with, 'ja' is born), and Yoga means union. The name, therefore, translates to ‘the union which one is born with.’ “Every day you should do meditation. Those who do not do meditation are capable of falling down, because meditation is like putting oil into the lamp. Those who do not meditate, think they can do without it, are sadly mistaken. They have to meditate morning and evening. The problem is everything comes so handily, so simple that they don’t understand that meditation is very important.” “As you know very well that Mahālakṣhmī Principle resides in the central path of our being, through which Kuṇḍalinī has to rise. But Kuṇḍalinī enters into our body through the left side. In the sense that is the residual power of creating everything, left side, right side, and then She enters into our sacrum bone.”
