About this event
Open to all levels, this class includes a grounding practice of gentle breathled movement, a few Hatha Yoga postures and an extended Savasana for 15-20 minutes while receiving hands-on Reiki energy healing. Facilitated by an attuned certified practitioner, Reiki is a Japanese deep relaxation technique that promotes natural healing on all levels. All levels welcome.
