About this event
A full-body mat class built on the classical Pilates repertoire and reimagined in the heat. Precise, controlled movement through the foundational mat exercises, layered with sculpting work using light weights, bands, rings and balls to build core strength, stability and definition head to toe. Set in our infrared-heated studio at 90–93°F. Modifications and progressions throughout make it welcoming for first-timers and challenging for experienced clients.
