This core BASI Pilates class is for all levels . Essential Flor is the mainstay class designed for all experience levels. It combines flowing Pilates sequences with moderate intensity to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Beginners are encouraged to take Reformer Entry first, but once you've had some experience this class offers a balanced challenge. Expect a well-rounded workout based on the BASI method that keeps you moving and sweating without being overwhelming. Power Flow precision-driven intensity that builds strength from the core. Note: Group class requires a minimum of 2 people in the event that there is only one client we would have to reschedule or charge an individual rate.
