Our signature 45-minute Lagree session - a seamless blend of strength, precision, and mindfulness. Designed to sculpt the body, ignite the core, and awaken your inner halo. This isn't just a workout. It's The Glow Experience. *Grip socks are required* Available to purchase at the studio. Studio Etiquette To maintain a focused and respectful class environment, please silence your phones. Please keep talking to a minimum so everyone can fully enjoy their workout. Late Arrival Policy We understand that life happens! To ensure a safe and uninterrupted class experience for everyone, we allow a 10-minute grace period after class begins. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will not be permitted to join, and the class will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class start time to avoid late cancellation fees and have your class credit returned to your account. If you cancel class less than 6 hours prior to class time, your class will be forfeited and you will be charged $15 to the card on file. All cancellations must be completed through the Glow Lagree app or Mindbody. We are unable to accept cancellations via phone or email. No-Show Policy For single classes, class packages, and monthly memberships: If you do not attend class and do not cancel in advance - your class credit will be deducted.
