About this event
Our signature Visionary class encourages you to take that first step at a beginner level. In this class, you’ll learn and master the fundamentals and proper form required to execute each exercise effectively. Think slower transitions, less variations and shorter holds. Combining strength, endurance, alignment and stretching, it’s a full-body conditioning workout which will leave you feeling strong, confident and energized. If you're intermediate or advanced, this class is a helpful refresher (and still challenging) for you too.
