Trapeze 103

About this event

Trapeze 103: This class is designed for students ready to advance their trapeze training by building on the strength, inverted body awareness, and technical vocabulary developed in Trapeze 102. It is also an excellent opportunity for more experienced aerialists looking to supplement and deepen their trapeze practice. Students will expand their trick vocabulary through both static and dynamic skills, with a focus on beat swings, advanced transitions, and skills in and above the ropes. Emphasis is placed on strong, safe technique, body alignment, timing, and control as students progress toward increasingly complex skills and sequencing of tricks into choreography. Individual modifications and progressions will be offered, allowing students to challenge themselves at their appropriate level while continuing to build strength, precision, and confidence in the air. Prerequisites : Graduation from 102 and above and teacher permission. If you are new to Cirque School and want to be cleared to attend this class please send a video of yourself or your instagram handle for review to info@cirqueschool.com Single Class Fee:$45 or Class Package For ages 14 and up.
