About this event
In this class, students will explore the art of fluid movement by blending grounded dance sequences with dynamic aerial pole shapes — all woven together into a seamless spin pole flow set to music. Students will focus on smooth transitions on and off spin pole, building the strength, control, and confidence needed to create effortless movement from floor to aerial skills. Through guided instruction and creative exploration, you’ll develop the tools to refine your technique and discover your own signature flow. Barefoot and heel-friendly.
