Join Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, Liz Sung, and Matteo Pistono for a weekend of teaching on Mahamudra meditation, dynamic Tibetan yogic movement, and Buddhist breathing practices. Drawing on Tibetan medical and yogic traditions, the workshop combines teaching with guided practice to explore how posture and breath influence your energy body, emotional patterns, and attention.

Mahamudra invites you to rest in the natural openness and clarity of awareness amid the movement of thoughts, feelings, and sensations. Through direct experience, you’ll discover how working with the body through yoga and conscious breath can support emotional balance and deepen meditation.

Open to practitioners of all levels and backgrounds, this workshop will give you practical tools and greater confidence to meet life’s demands, the self-trust to care deeply for yourself and others, and the awareness to explore the nature of your own mind.
