About this event
Learn a beginner pole routine choreographed to music. We will spin, dance, flow, and floorwork our way around the pole. We recommend that you have taken at least 4 Intro to Pole Dance (Beginner) classes, or 1 series of Pole Fundamentals Intro before coming to this class. Heels (6"+) encouraged! Kneepads, legwarmers, or some type of knee protection is required.
