Embody the Light Vital development workshop Awaken Your Body, Open Your Heart Vital Development is a joyful movement practice that uses music, connection, and creative expression to bring you fully into the present moment. Through guided individual, paired, and group exercises, you’ll gently release tension, express hidden emotions, and create new memories of love and aliveness. Each session is a unique ritual, designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and reconnect you with the luminous essence within. Come as you are, and return to who you truly are. This workshop is good for anyone. It offers freedom of expression, human connection and emotional release. No experience is required and all are welcome.
