About this event
This class incorporates a bit more sun salutations. We will begin to explore the vinyasa method, linking movement with breathe. This class will stoke your inner fire, and continue to work on strength and flexibility. This is a stronger practice and prior yoga experience is preferred but not necessary! You will leave feeling invigorated and connected.
