Join the star of Slashercise, Vanessa Decker for some horror fueled Low Impact Aerobics, retro 80's moves and a ton of core work set to the best jams of the 1980s and songs from your favorite horror movies! Slashercise is our most horror themed class using prop chainsaws and other fun weapons! Great for beginners to intermediate.
