About this event
No, we won’t throw you into the ring and tell you good luck. Josh and Ed bring a unique twist with partner drills in a controlled and supportive environment, hyper-focusing on offensive and defensive work, and all-around sharpening your boxing technique. Though this is a class for all levels in boxing, we recommend taking at least 5 boxing classes with our seasoned coaches. *Mouthguard, headgear, and 16oz gloves required* We have headgear and glove rental for $5, and wraps for $25, Damage Mouthguard 'boil-and-bites' available for purchase for $25.
