Yin Yoga with Sound Bath is a slow, meditative class designed to help you deeply relax and restore both body and mind. You’ll move through gentle, long-held yin poses that target the connective tissues, encouraging flexibility and release of tension. As you settle into stillness, soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls and ocean drums create a calming atmosphere that supports deeper relaxation and mindfulness. This class is perfect for reducing stress, improving mobility, and leaving you feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed. *Mats are provided, but towels are required. You may bring your own, purchase from us, or rent them on-site.* Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid fees. • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will incur a $20 late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged a $38 no-show fee. • All cancellations must be completed through the website, app, or Mindbody. • We do not accept cancellations by phone or email. • All class purchases and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
