About this event
This class is for students who are ready for advanced combos. We will start with a 20-25 minute warm up to target specific areas of the body, depending on the combo. We will work on conditioning drills that will help build strength and refine technique. Most combos will be worked on a combo for two weeks. They will alternate between static and spin.
