ACROFIT 101 Come Flip & Fly with us! This energetic class is designed for Anybody with Any Body looking to explore the fundamentals of acrobatics while building increased body awareness, coordination, balance, and strength. Students will explore momentum, rotation, and body control while developing skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, handstand forward rolls, dive rolls, front handsprings, and more. With an emphasis on technique, core strength, and full-body coordination, students will develop the agility and confidence needed to progress safely. Perfect for movers of all levels, this class celebrates the power, precision, and freedom of dynamic movement. Single Class Fee:$35 or Class Package For ages 14 and up.
