Mat Classics + Sound Bath

Our monthly pop-up experience. Come move, then melt. Led by our incredible instructor Kia, this class begins with a classical mat Pilates flow and we’ll then transition into a guided sound bath allowing the nervous system to slow down and fully unwind. The combination of intentional movement followed by stillness creates space to reset, regulate, and feel grounded, making it the perfect way to start your week feeling clear, calm, and supported. Class will be lightly heated. We recommend bringing a blanket and pillow to fully sink into the experience.
