Dance Like Nobody's Watching with Dr. Sydney

About this event

What if you stopped worrying about how you look and started celebrating the real you?

It's time to loosen up, let go of the shoulds, and rediscover the joy of being unapologetically YOU!

Join Dr. Sydney Steen for Dance Like Nobody’s Watching, a playful, soul-deep journey inspired by Michelle Wadleigh's book of the same name. Together, we'll explore the limiting stories and personal narratives that hold us back, uncover new possibilities, and discover what it means to shed our armor, trust our inner wisdom, and fall a little more in love with ourselves along the way. ❤️

6 Monday Nights | November 2 – December 7 7:00 – 9:30 PM

$125 when paid in advance at NHCRS.org | $150 the night of class Register Here : https://nhcrs.breezechms.com/form/e9f8eb

Get your copy of Dance Like Nobody’s Watching by Michelle Wadleigh through Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

Come as you are. Get curious about the stories you've been telling yourself. Leave room for something new, more freedom, and a deeper connection with the beautiful soul you already are. ❤️
