Time to rejuvenate with Soundbath & Vedic Prana Lifeforce Healing followed by discourse (satsang) and q/a.
Sound Healing and Soundbaths are an acoustic lay down experience that helps to relax the body and calm the mind enabling deep meditation and rejuvenation.
Prana Lifeforce Healing (Pranacharya), derived from Ayurveda, is a healing modality using Prana or "lifeforce" to heal body and/or mind imbalances. You have the option to receive Prana Lifeforce Healing.
At the end of the session you have the option to stay for the satsang, Vedic discussion, covering life's greater questions, Vedanta, Ayurveda health and wellness for healing the body and mind, and overall consciousness.
Some instruments include crystal singing bowls, gongs, Himalayan 7 & 9 metal bowls and many others. You'll be leaving this Soundbath experience feeling refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated.
