With a focus on deep stretches, hip openers, lower back lengtheners, and heart openers, your body will thank you after this session. An ethereal playlist combined with higher tempo, will leave you feeling calm and collected. Please bring a mat and towel. We do have some available to purchase if desired. *Please bring your yoga mat to class. We do have yoga mats for purchase.
