About this event
This class is for students who are confident in their Level 2 skills and are ready to start to cross that bridge into Level 3. We will warm up with some fun cardio, stretching and some ab exercises. We will work on cleaning up inverts, shoulder mounts, static rotations and start to introduce you to ayeshas/handsprings.
