Ready to take your handsprings to the next level? This workshop-style pole class is dedicated to all things handspring! We’ll break down the technique, strength, and body positioning behind handsprings while exploring different entries, grips, variations, and transitions. Whether you’re working toward your first handspring or looking to clean up and level up your existing skills, we’ll work through progressions designed to help you build confidence, control, and consistency. Expect: Handspring drills, conditioning, technique breakdowns, variations, and plenty of time to practice! Prerequisite: Must be comfortable inverting on the pole and have a solid basic knowledge of pole safety and foundational inversions. Instructor approval may be required for certain variations. Come ready to get upside down and get HANDSY!
