About this event
Spin Pole offers a whole new world of tricks, transitions and fun! In this class, we remove the locking pin so that the pole itself spins while we dance. Students learn how to control speed and momentum on spin pole, as well as simple tricks and combos. The class covers basic lifts to prepare students for inversions on spin. Students will learn new ways to engage and balance so they can find flow, power, strength and grace on spin pole!
