About this event

Aerial Silks-Fabric 103/4 This class is designed for the experienced aerial student who is confident spending extended time in the air. Class begins with a Pilates-inspired warm-up followed by targeted conditioning drills to build the strength, stamina, and control needed for more advanced aerial work. Students will expand their vocabulary of locks, drops, and climbs, then learn how to connect these skills into longer, more complex sequences. Emphasis is placed on clean technique, fluid transitions, body awareness, and developing the endurance and confidence to move both creatively and dynamically on the aerial silks. Prerequisites: Graduation from Fabric 103. Strength and confidence being inverted in the air for up to 3 minutes. Aerial inversions without using foot assistance.
